THURSDAY MAY 14th 7pm
This class will go over basic Pilates exercises and give you the chance to settle in and truly activate the muscles being used in each movement.
I’ll be walking around class giving form tips, corrections, and explaining which muscles are actives.
This class is great for all levels. Beginners will improve their form and reoccurring students will be able to more intentionally understand where the exercises are felt in the body.
Class will be 50 minutes long.
