Move, Relax, and Reset.
On Friday, October 2nd at 7:00pm we will be holding a 40-minute Pilates class followed by a 20-minute sound bath lead by Besty. Class, like always, will be high energy and then we will slow down and take some time to relax as we lay on our back with eye masks and listen to the Sound Bath.
This class is great for beginners and advanced students. Please bring your mat and water.
