Glute Focused Lift/ Sat 23

This is an hour long glute focused workout. The class starts off with a warm up then moves into stations. We will be using the dumbbells, squat racks, and machines to complete the exercises given. I will come around to motivate, form correct, answer questions you have about lifting and encourage you. At the end of the workout we come back together to do core exercises and cool down stretches.

Get 1-1 coaching in a group setting. This is beginner friendly and also works for advance lifters! You’ll receive a take home handout with the classes workout.
