This is an hour long glute focused workout. The class starts off with a warm up then moves into stations. We will be using the dumbbells, squat racks, and machines to complete the exercises given. I will come around to motivate, form correct, and encourage you. At the end of the workout we come back together to do core exercises and cool down stretches.
You’ll receive a take home handout with the classes workout and an additional Glute Focused lift to do on your own so that you are set up for success! Bring on the gains and learn how to push heavy weights safely.
